Boysenberry Exporters

The NZ Boysenberry Council Order in Council was amended on 4 July 2013 to suspend export licensing: Clause 4, which specified that Boysenberries were subject to export licensing in accordance with Part III of the HEA Act, has been deleted. Practically speaking, this means that Boysenberries can be exported from New Zealand without a NZ HEA export licence. The NZ Customs system does not require a licence number.
