Tamarillo Exporters 

 The NZ Tamarillo Export Council Order in Council was amended on 29 July 2026 to suspend export licensing: Clause 4, which specified that Tamarillos were subject to export licensing in accordinace with Part III of the HEA Act, has been deleted. Practically speaking, this means that Tamarillos can be exported from New Zealand without an NZ HEA export licence. The NZ Customs system does not require a licence number. This amendment took effect on 30 July 2026.
